Butttermilk Pie

Ingredients

• 3 cups Sugar
• 1 cup Butter
• 6 Eggs (beaten)
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
• 1 dash Salt
• 1 regular Pie Shell (unbaked)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 360°. Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten eggs, flour, buttermilk, vanilla, and salt. Beat ingredients, together thoroughly and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 360°  for 40-45 minutes.
