Nashville, Tennessee (June 28, 2019) — The winners of the 2019 Singing News Songwriters Search have been selected!

This year’s Grand Prize winner will receive a one-song publishing deal with Crossroads Music Publishing, and their song will be recorded by The Kingdom Heirs and performed during the 2019 Singing News Fan Awards at NQC. The Second Place winner will also receive a one-song publishing deal with Crossroads Music Publishing.

The two winners and five runners-up will be featured in an upcoming issue of Singing News Magazine, as well as on SingingNews.com and SingingNewsRadio.com, and they will all receive a one-year paid subscription (or extension) to Singing News Magazine.

We appreciate everyone who entered the contest, and this year’s judges had such a great selection to choose from, they had a tough time narrowing it down! We’d like to extend a big ‘thank-you’ to those hardworking judges, Greg BentleyArthur Rice, Karen Peck GoochMike LeFevreKenna Turner West, and Lee Black. And we also want to thank Crossroads Music Publishing and The Kingdom Heirs for partnering with Singing News to make this year’s contest a great success.
