Cantonment, FL (Feb. 18, 2020) — Derrell Stewart, longtime piano player for The Florida Boys, is recovering following injuries sustained from a fall earlier this month.

The 85-year-old had a stroke on Dec. 8, 2019, and he was admitted to West Florida Hospital in Pensacola. He later began rehab, and it was there that he suffered a bad fall on Feb. 10, cutting his head and injuring his shoulder. In an update a few days later, Derrell’s wife Revé reported that an X-ray had revealed broken ribs and that he was in a lot of pain.

For those wishing to send a card or note of encouragement to Derrell, Revé shared this mailing address:

Derrell and Revé Stewart

Please remember Derrell and Revé in prayer.
