Debra Perry & Jaidyn’s Call Announce the Passing of Rev. Charles Reed

Gastonia, NC (March 21, 2019) — Christopher Reed, husband of Debra Perry and cofounder/emcee of Debra Perry & Jaidyn’s Call, has announced that his father, Rev. Charles Reed, went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2019.

He was 82 years old and was a minister of the Gospel for 61 years. He resided in Gastonia, North Carolina, with his wife, Sinda Reed. Christopher’s mom, Darlene, went to be with the Lord in 2011.

Debra Perry posted, “My precious, Godly father in law, Charles Reed, made his crossing to Heaven tonight . We have definitely lost one of the greatest prayer warriors ever!! Papa Chuck passed out thousands and thousands of gospel tracks during his lifetime here. He was a retired Church of God pastor. Only God knows how many souls were saved through his ministry of witnessing to others! Pls pray for all the family as they prepare for his home going celebration! Love you Papa Chuck!”

Christopher adds, “When he passes over, Mom and all the loved ones in Christ will surely be waiting on him, and the One he has been preaching about and testifying about, he soon is gonna see, face to face! Thank you everyone for your prayers for our family!”
