Triumphant Quartet Celebrates 15 Years With Special Guest

Pigeon Forge, TN — On the heels of the National Quartet Convention, The Triumphant Quartet is celebrating their 15th Anniversary with a multi-day event that also includes a chapel service. On the first night of their anniversary celebration, they welcomed a special guest who was very instrumental in the formation of the quartet. The group made its debut at the Louise Mandrell Theater in Pigeon Forge a decade and a half ago and Louise joined the quartet on Sunday night to help them celebrate their 15-year anniversary.

Group member Scotty Inman stated, “Louise was very instrumental in the formation of our quartet. In fact, without Louise there may never have been a Triumphant Quartet.” Many will remember that the group was initially called Integrity Quartet, but shortly thereafter held a contest for fans to submit names for a name change and “Triumphant” was the winning name that was chosen. While the name may have changed after the first year or so, the four front-line vocalists are still the original four that joined together at day one. David Sutton handles the tenor part, Clayton Inman sings lead while his son Scotty sings baritone. Rounding out the lowest vocal part is Eric Bennett. Not pictured in the photo is the newest member of the group—pianist Aaron Dishman.
