Remembering Frances Beasley Jill Carothers February 25, 2026 Mary Frances (Nall) Beasley, lovingly known as “Memaw,” age 92, of Cantonment, Florida, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of faith, strength, and deep devotion to her family. Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Les Beasley; her parents, Arlie and Eulene Nall; her sisters, Corie Doren, Daisy Morris, and Annette Mixson; and her brothers, Cleveland Nall and Ray Nall. She is survived by her children: Belinda (Johnny) Whitfield, Deborah (Louie) Kemp, Theresa Baker, Elaine (Jeff) Seay, Michael Bell, and Clarke (Britney) Beasley; her siblings, Alton Nall and Arlene Ellison; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Her family was the pride and joy of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Frances attended Tate High School but left at 17 to marry and begin raising her family — a decision that reflected the devotion to loved ones that defined her life. She was co-owner of Bell’s Flying Service in Pensacola with her first husband, Odie Bell, where she earned her solo pilot’s license — an extraordinary accomplishment and a testament to her courage and independence. She continued working in aviation in Pensacola until her divorce, after which she began a career as a dental assistant. After meeting the love of her life, Les Beasley, Frances wholeheartedly supported his ministry and music career. She traveled faithfully alongside him as he toured as a gospel music artist with the Florida Boys, standing by his side in both life and song. Their shared faith and love of gospel music created a beautiful partnership that touched many lives. Above all, Frances will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her warm and loving nature, and her steadfast faith. She loved Jesus deeply and never missed an opportunity to share her love for the Lord with others. She found joy in gardening, took pride in always looking her best, and carried herself with grace and confidence. She was the matriarch of her family — strong, independent, deeply loving, and wonderfully funny. Her presence was a gift, her laughter unforgettable, and her faith an inspiration. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished. A visitation will be held at Olive Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 10am until the service begins at 11 with Dr. Ted Traylor officiating.
