Waynesboro, PA (Dec. 3, 2019) — Redemption’s Promise recently announced the addition of its newest member and the long-awaited 2020 lineup. David Fair, son of the well-known Gospel singer Rick Fair, is the new lead singer for Redemption’s Promise.

Paul Hyde, who co-owns the group with Dave Emery, says, “We have been praying and searching for a singer of David’s quality for nearly a year now. Praying for God’s man in God’s time has proved discouraging at times but has prompted us to be more dependent on His will for Redemption’s Promise. It’s wonderful when God does things His way, in His time, without any of our doing. This has been an interesting year for Redemption’s Promise, and we are looking forward to a fantastic 2020.”

Along with David Fair, the group’s lineup for 2020 includes Vince Walters on tenor, Steve Taylor on baritone, and Paul Hyde on bass. “I am tremendously pleased with the vocal harmonies of this lineup!” says Hyde. “Being anxious to get out there and begin singing has been something that has been difficult at times to be patient about. I am proud that the time of Redemption’s Promise is finally here!”

Redemption’s Promise is currently working on a new project which will feature several original songs written by Paul Hyde and Chuck Pettyjohn, the group’s original tenor.
