Hyssongs Celebrate Charting Success on the High Seas

Cozumel, Mexico – After learning that “Run The Race” had become their third No. 1 song on the Singing News Top 80 Monthly Chart, The Hyssongs decided that a special celebration was in order. While participating in the 45th Annual Singing At Sea Cruise with a background panoramic view of the crystal blue ocean, various radio promoters, radio deejays, close friends, and two board members of Hyssong Family Ministries joined together to celebrate the song’s success.

DeWayne Adcock, who penned “Run The Race,” was unable to be on the cruise but joined in through the miracles of modern-day video technology. The song was based on real-life conversations with one of DeWayne’s mentors. He shared of how he first met The Hyssongs at a Southern Gospel event and how the prayers of many and the direction of the Holy Spirit directed their paths to cross.

The Hyssongs are already experiencing amazing response to their next single, “Choose Life.”
