Kinston, NC (Sept. 16, 2019) The Dixie Melody Boys report that owner and bass singer Ed O’Neal is recovering well following a procedure on Monday, September 16. On the 15th, they requested prayer and posted that Ed would be having a procedure the next day to correct the atrial fibrillation he’s been dealing with for quite some time.

Late Monday afternoon after the procedure, The Dixie Melody Boys posted the following: “Big Ed did great! Thanks for all the prayers!! Overnight stay, then Ed says he’s going to Atlanta Thursday!”

Prayers are appreciated as Ed continues to recover.
