Robbie Maxwell Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Mobile, AL (July 30, 2018) — The Alabama Quartet Convention was recently held in Mobile, Alabama on July 26-28, 2018 and this event recognizes an individual for their commitment to the ministry of gospel music. Hailed as the “ALQC’s Lifetime Achievement Award”, Robbie Maxwell of the group New Ground, was selected as the 2018 Award Winner.

Robbie, along with her husband Dale, started the group New Ground in June of 1993. Celebrating their Silver Anniversary this year, this group has committed their life and efforts to furthering His Name in song all around the world. Robbie has been very involved during these 25 years from singing, to Gospel Music DJ, Radio Promotions, Public Relations Director and just carrying His Word in every avenue made available to her. We congratulate Robbie and look for additional achievements to continue coming her way.
